Dear Patients,
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. We are instituting numerous new policies to protect you, your family, friends, and our staff with respect to what the ADA, CDC and OSHA have recommended.
Here are some of the new changes you will see when you have an appointment:
- We will be asking you COVID-19 screening questions at the time of arrival and taking your temperature. - Once you arrive for your appointment, STAY IN YOUR CAR, and call 727-381-1240 to let us know you are here. Someone will instruct you when to come into the office.
- Parents, family members and friends are to wait in the car (or parking lot area) during the appointment UNLESS directed otherwise by Dr. Anderson or a staff member.
- ANYONE entering the office needs to have on a mask.
- BRUSH YOUR TEETH BEFORE COMING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!
- Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
- If you would prefer to make a contactless payment, please click on the “Patient Login” box on our website and login into the patient portal.
- Please be patient with us! We are all in this together!
